Throughout my life, I have gathered a wealth of experiences that have shaped me into the therapist I am today. I am direct and authentic and draw upon my training and background to provide guidance and support to my clients.
My path has been filled with its fair share of challenges and setbacks, including divorce and widowhood.
I have encountered moments of despair, faced adversity head-on, and learned valuable lessons along the way. These experiences have allowed me to empathize deeply with the struggles of others.
My personal journey has also instilled in me a sense of resilience and determination. Through my own trials, I have learned the importance of perseverance and the value of self-reflection. I bring this strength into the therapeutic space, helping my clients discover their own resilience and empowering them to overcome their obstacles.
